Working priciple
The mixing vessel is conical shaped and has a central rotor which rotates at a speed up to 30 m/s.
The speed of the rotor creates centrifugal forces and pushes the product to the vessel wall. The shape of the vessel causes an upwards movement of the product. The cover part guides the products towards the centre of the mixer.

Temperature control
Intensive / high energy mixing results in most applications to a temperature rise of product to be mixed.
For some applications you make use of this phenomena. It can give you agglomeration of your product.
For temperature sensitive products it can give some difficulties so it is of vital importance to control the product temperature.
The Cyclomix guarantees you an optimal temperature control at the spots where the heat is generated, "between the rotor tip and the vessel wall".
The jacketed vessel, cover and outlet valve enable you to control and manipulate your product temperature in the most accurate way.
