Working Principle

The AGGLOMASTER is a multi-purpose Fluidized Bed Processor which can transform powders or slurries in granulated products. Thanks to the combination of the fluidised bed with various blades, rotating discs and jet technology, diversified type of application and processes can be realised using the Agglomaster.

Granulation or micro granulation of ultra fines powders, spray granulation from slurry are the typical applications of this new generation of fluid bed processors

2 versions of AGGLOMASTER are available:


  • AGGLOMASTER AGM-PJ (Pulse Jet)

  • AGGLOMASTER AGM-SD (Spray dryer)


  • Pulse Jet TechnologySpray Drying Technology


    The AGM PJ with the rotating devices and/or jet technologies enable granulation from sub-micron to few hundred micron powders where standard fluidised bed processors have major difficulties

    The AGM SD is special developed to transform suspensions and slurry into granulates in one step. The conventional spray dryers usually need more process steps.

    Main features of the Agglomaster PJ:

  • Capabilities to produce fine granules from few µm to few hundred µm

  • Capable to control Particle size distribution with pulse jet technology

  • Easy to fluidise difficult fine, cohesive materials with sliding discs and special fluidisation plates
