Batch agglomeration systems are commonly used for production capacity up to 500kg/h and when flexibility is required. Handling different recipes is easy and does not require high investments for continuous dosing equipment for the various components. Batch agglomeration can be of special interest when high resistance time or high energy is needed to achieve special product properties like coating.
