The wet product is fed into the inlet of the Hosokawa Micron dryer with customised feeding systems as it is always a critical part.
The Hot air (or inert gas) can be heated up to 600 °C.
The wet product is dispersed and reduced in size in the bottom section of the dryer.
The surface area of the product is enormously increased and water (or other solvents) will be evaporated instantaneously.
The dry and fine product is carried out through the classifier into a product collector.
The system is kept under a negative pressure by the exhaust fan.
A FEW SECONDS FROM WET TO DRY!
This implicates that temperature sensitive products can be safely dried even under increased temperatures.

Strong impact force and air turbulence generated by a high speed dispersion rotor has made it possible to have better performance in dispersing difficult feed materials in the drying chamber.
