The laboratory offers unique possibilities to conduct trials with customer products on all of our technologies and systems.
Based on our expert know-how on products and processes the Test Laboratory offers a firm base for the solutions which can be found for applications of individual customers, by combining the latest practical expertise and theoretical knowledge.
All test results obtained are well-documented and clearly specified in the company’s standard test report which will be provided with each test conducted.

Vrieco-Nauta conical mixers: 1, 5, 20, 60, 150, 300, 1000, 3500, 6000L
CT mixer : 5, 20, 60 and 300L

Containment & Filling and weighing
Stott filling and weighing equipment and Vitalair Downflow booths are installed in the Test station for demonstration and use in combination with relevant equipment.

Densification - Sieving - Crushing:
Denspack model 20: 1Kg for pre-test and 50 to 100Kg for test

Rental Equipment
Although all available equipment is installed in the Test station for the customers convenience and direct use, rental units of all technologies are available for installation at the customers site. Thus allowing for example testing of materials which can not be transported or for combination of test units with existing operations.
